Managing a smart home is often complex and requires specialized expertise. Nice has redefined this paradigm by putting the user at the center, redesigning the Yubii Home App with an intuitive interface that makes installation, configuration, and scenario management simple and accessible.
From UX analysis to a new visual experience

The teams at Emo Design and Nice meticulously reimagined every aspect of the user interaction flow, identifying and resolving over 50 UX challenges to optimize the experience and significantly reduce setup time. An interactive wizard with pictograms and icons has eliminated the need for an installation manual, while the new App architecture introduces a fully customizable Favorites section tailored to individual user preferences.
